"Worth the Trip From Vero!"
I called the dealer that I purchased my previous 2 Town and Country's
from and was given a cash price over the phone, when I arrived at the
dealership I was informed that they were not able to reach the agreed
upon price I was given over the phone.
My neighbor who purchased her car from Gator told me to give them a
call, I spoke with the sales manager Mike and told him the experience
that I had in Vero and he assured me that I would not have the same
problems when dealing with him.
I gave the manager at gator the information on my trade in and the Town
and Country I wanted to purchase. And to my astonishment the price was
close to one thousand dollars less than the amount the Vero dealer
wouldn't honer!!!!!
when arriving at the dealership I asked for the sales manager and he
introduced me to Bill Kaye the sales associate who showed me the Town
and Country I was purchasing. Then he took the information on my trade
in, (I was waiting for them to tell me that they couldn't do what they
said on the phone) when Bill had the sale order typed up and showed it
to me it was exactly like I was told on the phone, I was very please.
I am very please that I took the drive from Vero Beach to Melbourne to
purchase my new van and will continue to keep my business with Gator in
the future.

"A great place to buy a car"
We moved to Melbourne in 2000 and have bought 2 vans, 2 cars and a
pickup from them over the years. We shopped all over Brevard County the first
2 purchases but Gator simply had more to choose from than the other
dealers and we were treated really good. After the first 2, we just
didn't feel the need to shop anymore we just went to Gator Chrysler
Dodge Jeep because of the selection and low prices. Their sales department was always staffed with fun, low pressure and nice people which always made it enjoyable. We have also had our vehicles serviced there and have always had good experiences. The service people are very nice also.

"My Best Experience"
I recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Gator Chrysler Dodge Jeep
in Melbourne. I had been shopping for a Wrangler for some time and I
saw one that had the options I wanted advertised on their website. I
live in South Florida and travel to Melbourne to visit my family at
least once a month. I was greeted by one of their salesman Tom O'Neil
when I arrived at the dealership. Tom was very professional and knew
all about the Jeep's features. It was exactly what I was looking for. I
purchased the Jeep at the advertised price with no hassle. The
financing part went very smoothly as well. The finance manager,
Maryann, was very nice,got me approved quickly and had all the
paperwork done in a very short order. This was the by far the best
experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend
Gator and will definately go back again for my next purcahse

"Best Price, Best Service"
I just bought a 2010 Dodge Charger. It's Inferno Red and the love of my
life. I bought it January 17th, 2010. I'm only 22, so my credit isn't
spectacular (despite how hard I try). They worked with me and got me
the best financing possible. I traded in a 1996 Buick (which I also
bought from Gator, but in 2006) and got a very fair amount for it.
They're working with my financial situation, too! With all of that, I
got a very, very low monthly payment. I mean, how can you beat a
starting price that's 7k off MSRP?!
Even when I was driving my Buick, I always brought it there. The
service department and body shop always went out of their way to take
care of me. I remember that one time there was a fault in the
computer/ordering, and I got top-of-the-line tires for very, very
cheap! And, let me tell you, that Buick ran like a charm. I traded it
in because the warranty was coming up and I wanted something new and
fresh.
As for the sales team, Barbara Scholten went above and beyond, as did
Mike and the rest of the team. Be sure to ask for Barbara! :)

I would like to start off by saying that I am extremely happy with my recent purchase of a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 Outdoorsman model. I had been browsing the internet and even going to my local dealership in Orlando, Florida to test drive the new 2011?s. I was not having any luck. I had even begged other dealerships in my area to appraise my trade in (2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4) and answer a few small questions. It seemed as if they were all about getting me into their dealerships or in some cases not responding to my emails. This last week (February 10, 2011) when I came across the internet sales department at Gator Chrysler Dodge Barbara was right there with me from the very beginning. All of my questions were answered and she was there to greet me a few days later in person when my schedule allowed me to make the trip to Melbourne.
Upon arrival the dealership was clean and very professional. I was not bombarded by new recruits (salesmen that just did their two week sales class in tacky suits and ties). This atmosphere was relaxed and laid back. It is more for your hard working man or woman who doesn?t want the BS; they just want to buy a new truck! After an excellent walk through of any inventory that I may have not been aware of I went for a very relaxed test drive along the water in the Ram that I had been looking for online. It was exactly what I was looking for and the price was around my price range.
Once back I went over a few discounts and rebates that I did not have to ask for. One of these was a Military discount that Barbara
remembered that I had mentioned my Service in the US Marine Corps. After a little bit of negotiating and running some numbers that I couldn?t believe that they were still looking to get me a lower price I settled with the exact monthly payment I was looking to close on.
Final Thoughts: I give Gator Chrysler Dodge 11 out of 10, 5 stars, how ever you want to put it! They had excellent service. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and professional. All of the employees, managers, salespeople were helpful along the way. There was no pressure to make a purchase unlike the large dealerships in Orlando where I had looked previously. I felt like a friend more than a customer. I would recommend Gator to anyone on the market for a vehicle. I drove the extra 75 miles and would do it again if I could.

"So Happy"
We just purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Black Ops Edition from Barbara
Scholten at Gator Chrysler Jeep Dodge; as we started to search for this
specific vehicle we found various dealers ready to help us. They were
all being pushy, aggressive, and were charging an outrageous addendum.
We were a bit frustrated and discouraged, but we began to call around.
Barbara answered our e-mails right away and was on the phone with us
the next day.
Throughout the process she was friendly, helpful and
only a phone call away. At no time did she make us feel uncomfortable,
in fact it was like she had been our friend for years. We were so happy
that we found the car and a great salesperson that we drove three hours
to Melbourne to pick up the vehicle. I recommend Gator to everyone,
but make sure you visit Barbara Scholten, she is THE BEST!
